Please consider the following advice:
The best time to play golf on Maui is in the morning! The afternoon trade winds usually kick-up between 11a and 12p and can make golf very unpleasant to play. Usually, as a rule, Maui golf courses are less crowded in the morning. This fact makes for a very pleasant golf experience as there is less waiting on tee boxes and in fairways. We understand, that for some courses, there is a huge price difference between morning and afternoon tee times. Do yourself a favor, book a morning tee time at one of Maui's fabulous golf courses and enjoy your round. Trust us, the extra money spent on a morning tee time will be well worth it.

Aloha! Clif and Staff at Maui Golf Shop
I wanted to take a moment to Thank You and your staff for all your help with setting up the Maui and Lanai golf and renting me that brand new R-11 driver... it made quite a difference in my game! Pukalani CC was a great course, nice views, nice people and good warm up. Kahili is the best kept secret on the island at that price....wow... but it can blow, It was quite a challenge in the tradewinds. The Lanai day was memorable and a full day of golf. I was never paired up and felt like I was playing private courses, the Experience on top was stimulating and the Challenge on the ocean was out of this world!... Kim and I are seriously considering putting in a motion, a 10 Year Plan to be able to retire on Maui, so I expect you will be hearing from me in the near future!
I have recommend you and your services to everyone and I have met this week, and will past it on to others I know. You can post this on your website, if you like.
Take Care,
Tom and Kim Shaffer
